Clinical Results of the eyePlate-300 Published

We are excited to announce the publication of the first clinical results for the eyePlate-300, led by Dr. Faisal and his team. This study, involving 15 patients, provides important insights into the performance and safety of the eyePlate-300.

Key Findings:

  • Success Rates: The study reported an 83% overall success rate, with 47% achieving complete success.
  • IOP Reduction: Patients experienced a significant 67% reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP) at 1 year.
  • Medication Reduction: The average number of medications was reduced from 3.1 to 0.7 at 1 year.
  • Safety Profile: There were no severe complications, and no patients required reoperations.
  • No MMC Usage: Notably, Mitomycin C (MMC) was not used in any of the patients.

These results highlight the eyePlate-300 as a promising option for patients requiring effective and safe intraocular pressure management.

We extend our congratulations to Dr. Faisal and his team for their diligent work.
